Valentine Update (early)

We got a new 'energy efficient' water heater. Since its supposed to save money we went larger, to 80 gallons. Now Tom can shower without leaving us in the cold. Steve installed it himself. He's taking the old one out. Hopefully he capped the gas line good and tight. The new on is electric, hmmm....I wonder if that's why our electric co-op was encouraging everyone to change.

   Some of the fun after our Valentines Day (one day early) breakfast. Amber and Matt take it easy before going to look at a house.Abby is put in charge of vacuuming up the crumbs from our pre-breakfast donuts. She loves the 'baby vacuum'. Emmy, Abby, and Reed stayed all night last night so of course it was make-up time this morning for the girls. Emmy had already cried-off some of her eye liner and some mascara by the time this was taken.

Downstairs is now (almost) finished so the toys are kept there. Reed (and teaching Will) loves the pinball games that were Mandy and Matt's .

Here's some of my projects. I bought two of these end tables for $3.75 each. Trevor added a foot piece on this one, I stripped them, then stained them. Considering I really don't know what I'm doing I thought they turned out great. To see them in person go to the Liberty Stake offices.

I also painted up a little side table real quick. Once again I found it at a 'thrift/antique mall', kind of stripped it, and slapped paint on it. I think this counts towards my 'Pusuit of Excellance' were doing in RS.
