GDC Day 2

It was another fun-filled day at Grandmas' Day Camp. The weather has been unusually cool and the rain held off, so it hasn't been bad. Of course we haven't done any of the water activities.
Today we went to two farms, one that had goats and the other horses, etc.
We all started the day in our camp T-shirts from yesterday's crafting (although Steve wouldn't put his on, something about going to the car lot to sell a car). Addie was with us but Kallie was home sick.

The kids got to pet the goats and learned all sorts of facts about them.

Then it was on to the next farm where chickens and turkeys greated us.

Inside the barn were lots of miniture horses and regular horses.

Abby looks scared but was saying "cheese" so you lost the smile.

Emmy got to be on one of the small horses.

Reed was too big for the small horses so he got on one of the big ones.

Will just got to be close to a horse.

After lunch, rest, and singing time it was on to target shooting.

Real BB guns were the hit. They actually hit the target some.

The girls loved shooting. I didn't get a picture of Abby and Addie, but they shot too.

The craft of the day was making blue bird houses. It went much smoother than I thought it would.

Everybody finished their bird house and it was time to feed the chickens and make ice-cream.
