Ready to Harvest

I finished putting in my garden; strawberries, asparagus, tomatoes, squash, beets, pepper, beans, and potatoes. I needed seed potatoes so I ran to Orscheln's and of course had to look at the baby chicks. They were just too cute, little grey bantums, so I told Steve about them. We had to go to the bank to pay for our storage container (that will be delivered in 3-5 days, one of those metal cargo 40' sea-going things) so we stopped by to look at the chicks while we were in town. We came home with 2 of the grey bantums and 2 more of the striped ones (brown leghorns I think). Chicks = 17 original, 1 turkey, 4 Orscheln, 4 Robin, 4 new - for a total of 30. The madness stops here.
