Ruby Moves In

Ruby now sleeps in the coop. Steve put a doggy door in the front of the coop so Ruby can come and go as she sees fit. Tonight the lock is on so she will realize she is to stay in the coop. Her crate with padding and blanket is in there. Now, although she is in the coop it is in the foyer part. The screen door (locked) is between her and the chicks. Ruby gets all excited when watching the chicks, of course she is in watching when the grandkids are in chasing chicks so there is a lot of excitement to watch. Sometime next week we'll start taking her in to the chicks to see if she will protect them or eat them.
